Sweet Pumpkin & Cacao Bread



When you want to "clean up" your diet things like dessert, cake and other sweet treats are the first to be targeted, you might even be tempted to banish them completely....but hold on a minute. Banishing sweet treats will only end up leading you to a binge eating session. Your body will crave those sweet treats and willpower will only get you so far.

You've no doubt heard all about "clean eating" by now, unlesa you’ve been hiding under a rock. To put it simply clean eating is eating the healthiest foods you can across the various food groups and eliminating the less healthy ones. Clean eating promotes the idea of embracing 'whole' foods instead of more refined ones, favouring ingredients that have been minimally processed and handled.

It's also about eating healthier fats and sugars and reducing salts, food additives and preservatives. 

Fresh prduce is at the forefront of clean eating, for maximum nutrition and fibre.

Following this concept I have created this delicious Pumpkin and Cocoa Bread for those moments when that sweet craving rears its head.

Delicious either fresh or toasted drizzled with maple syrup or spread with your favourite nut butter.
